Kind of a toy store for outdoor people of all ages. More than 580 booths of all types -- hunting equipment (bows, crossbows, centerfire guns and black powder) and accessories, clothes, scents and lures, ground blinds, treestands and more. Plus venison processing and cooking items, and outdoor lifestyle things for home and cabin, state and national hunting organizations, guides and outfitters, and a couple of novelty items. (What would an expo be without fresh roasted almonds?). Combining all this, plus new product examination, plus seminars, plus hands-on activities, plus a good look at all the trophy contest entries -- you really can't see, do and hear it all in one day. But what a way to cure cabin fever! This is one of the largest ... if not THE LARGEST -- deer and turkey expos in the U.S.
